Your privacy is important to us. DocuChat does not collect, store, or share any personal data. No user information is tracked or shared with third parties. During premium subscription purchases, Apple may collect certain information as outlined in Apple’s privacy policy.

Data Processing

100% On-Device Processing: All document processing, including text extraction, AI embeddings, vector search, and language model generation, happens entirely on your device. Your documents and conversations never leave your device.

Local Storage Only: Documents you import are stored securely in the app's sandboxed storage on your device. Chat history, study materials (flashcards, quizzes, etc.), and all other data remain local to your device.

No Network Calls: DocuChat does not make any network requests for AI processing. There are no cloud services, no data transmission, and no external servers involved in document analysis or chat functionality.

Subscriptions

The app offers a premium subscription to unlock additional features (unlimited document processing and unlimited podcast playback). All transactions are securely processed through Apple's in-app purchase system, and we do not have access to your payment information.

Your Rights

Although we do not collect any personal data, you have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data if it were to be collected. For any questions regarding this privacy policy, feel free to contact us.
